We are open from 8th June
4 June 2020
We are pleased to announce that we will be re-opening on Monday 8th June.
This is vital to ensure the long term oral health of our patients. The most important thing to us is our patient and staff safety. We, like all dental practices, already implement very stringent infection and hygiene controls but we have been introducing extra measures to keep us all safer. We have been working hard to get the practice ready.
But we need your help – we need to work together to make it work.
Before your appointment we will email you a pre treatment safety checklist to complete and return along with any necessary consent forms.
We ask that you arrive at the time of your appointment to limit the number of people in the practice. Please attend alone and only bring essential belongings.
Please don’t come to the practice unless you have an appointment. Call or email us if you need to get in touch.
There are hand sanitising points throughout the practice please use them on entry and exit.
We have adjusted our waiting area and spaced out appointments so you can maintain safe social distancing.
We have installed perspex screens at the front desk to keep you and our staff safe as you make your next appointment.
We are performing more frequent cleans of the communal areas.
We have increased our PPE so we may look a little more ‘dressed up’ than normal.
We know we have had to cancel a lot of appointments since lockdown began and we are working through the backlog prioritising those with problems. Please be patient with us. If you are having a problem get in touch.
Thank you for your help and co-operation and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
